Compassionate, Relational Therapy for Complex Trauma, Anxiety, and OCD
Whole-Person Care for Those Who Think Deeply, Feel Deeply, and Long to Heal
In a world that often moves too fast and asks too much, it can feel overwhelming to live with a sensitive nervous system. The racing thoughts, the constant self-questioning, the worry that something is wrong with you - it’s a lot to carry alone.
The truth is, we were never meant to heal in isolation.
Therapy is a place to slow down, get curious, and gently explore the roots of what you’re feeling.
Therapy with me helps uncover old wounds that may still be shaping your present, and begin to make space for something new to emerge.
Many approaches to mental health focus solely on managing symptoms. While symptom relief matters, I believe anxiety and OCD are messengers - pointing us toward something deeper.
Together, we’ll explore not just how to quiet the noise, but where it came from.
Welcome.
I’m Megan (she/her). I’m a therapist, mother, wife, friend, and lifelong student, devoted to cultivating deep, meaningful connection. I believe therapy can be a space where we reconnect with who we truly are—where the parts of us that feel messy, too much, or not enough are met with gentleness. A place where grief and joy can sit side by side, and where we can ask big questions without needing to have all the answers.
Research consistently shows that the strength of the therapeutic relationship is one of the most reliable predictors of healing. This affirms what I know to be true: healing is not a solo journey—it’s something we do together.
